The questions did not stop at diagnosis
Paul and Tina Fox created FamilyFX after seeing how much families still had to work out before an assessment, while they waited and long after a diagnosis had been made. The appointment could provide an answer. Family life still needed practical help.
FamilyFX began at NeuroFX
Paul and Tina own NeuroFX, a family-run ADHD and autism clinic in Bedford. They built the clinic around a standard they could explain plainly: it should provide care they would be comfortable entrusting their own family to. The clinical work is thorough, the process is clear and people are given time to tell their story.
Conversations with patients and parents kept returning to the same gap. Families needed more than an assessment pathway. They were trying to manage sleep, school, behaviour, appointments, siblings, benefits, relationships and growing independence, often while they were still waiting for formal answers.
FamilyFX was developed to fill that practical gap. It is a digital support product, not an online clinic. It cannot diagnose a child or replace individual professional advice. It gives families a substantial, connected body of writing, guides, tools and planning materials to use when a real question arises at home.
The people behind it
Two roles, one family business
Tina brings clinical experience and Paul brings lived experience, product thinking and the day-to-day conversations he has with families at NeuroFX. Their roles are different, and FamilyFX is clearer about who is responsible for what.

What the clinic's reviews can tell you
NeuroFX has received multiple five-star reviews on Google from patients and families. Those reviews describe the clinic and its clinical service, not FamilyFX. We mention them here because they provide independent context about the care, communication and standards associated with the people who created this product.
