Terms and conditions

The agreement between you and Neuro FX Ltd when you join FamilyFX. We have kept it as plain as we can, because terms nobody can read protect nobody. Last updated 1 August 2026.

1. Who these terms are with

FamilyFX is a product of Neuro FX Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16159083, registered office Crown House, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX. In these terms "we" and "us" mean Neuro FX Ltd, and "you" means the person holding the membership.

By joining FamilyFX you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or over and able to enter into a contract.

2. What FamilyFX is, and what it is not

FamilyFX is a written education and preparation resource for parents and carers raising a child who is ADHD, autistic, or an overlap of the two. It helps you understand what may sit beneath your child's behaviour, steady things at home, and prepare for conversations with school and health services.

It is not a clinical, legal or therapeutic service. Specifically:

  • It does not diagnose, assess or treat any condition, and nothing in it is medical advice. Decisions about medication belong with your GP or prescriber.
  • It does not provide legal advice or formal advocacy. Rights content explains process and entitlement; it cannot tell you what decision you will receive.
  • It cannot promise any outcome. No assessment, referral, diagnosis, EHCP or equivalent plan, school place, adjustment or NHS decision is guaranteed, and you should be cautious of anyone who tells you otherwise.
  • It is not a crisis or emergency service. If your child is at risk of serious harm, contact the GP or your national urgent health service. Call 999 or go to A&E if somebody's life is at risk or they cannot be kept safe.

You remain responsible for the decisions you make about your family. Please read what FamilyFX is and is not before you rely on it.

3. Your membership

Membership costs £79.99 per year and gives you access to everything in FamilyFX, including content added during your membership year. It renews automatically each year at the price then published, unless you cancel first.

NeuroFX patients may be given a single-use access code granting one year of free membership. A code membership does not auto-renew and no payment details are held for it. At the end of the year access stops, and if you want to carry on you subscribe in the ordinary way at the price then published. Codes are issued to a named person, cannot be shared or reused, and may themselves carry an expiry date before redemption.

Sign-in is by one-time link sent to your email address. Your membership is for you and your household. Please do not share your access with people outside it, or republish or redistribute the content.

4. Cancelling, and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Your 14-day cancellation right, and how accessing the content ends it. Because FamilyFX is digital content supplied immediately, the law gives you a 14-day right to cancel for a refund, and also allows that right to end once supply begins, if you asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose the right by doing so. When you join, you ask us for immediate access and you acknowledge this.

So, in plain terms:

  • If you join and have not accessed any members' content, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
  • Once you have accessed the members' content, the whole product is available to you, so the 14-day right ends and the fee is non-refundable.
  • After the first 14 days, payments are non-refundable, including for part-used years. Cancelling stops future renewals.

None of this affects your legal rights if the service is faulty, not as described, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. If something has gone wrong, email info@neurofx.co.uk and we will look at it properly.

5. Using FamilyFX properly

Please do not:

  • share your sign-in, or give access to people outside your household;
  • copy, republish, resell or distribute the content, or use it to build a competing resource;
  • use the service unlawfully, or to harass anyone;
  • attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, or to circumvent membership controls.

We may suspend or end a membership that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms. If we do, we will tell you why, and we will refund the unused part of your year unless the breach involved fraud or misuse of the content.

6. Your content

What you write into worksheets, tools and the diary stays yours. We store it so we can show it back to you and generate the documents you ask for, and we do not claim any ownership of it or use it for anything else. See our privacy policy for the detail.

The FamilyFX content, tools, branding and design remain ours, and are licensed to you for your own family's use for as long as you are a member. Documents you generate are yours to keep, print and share with the professionals around your child.

7. Availability

We aim to keep FamilyFX available and up to date, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, add to or withdraw parts of the service, and we will not make a change that removes a substantial part of what you paid for without telling you.

8. Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, and because FamilyFX is an educational resource rather than a clinical, legal or advisory service, we are not liable for decisions you make, or for outcomes from schools, local authorities or health services. Our total liability to you in any twelve month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect and you may cancel if you do not accept it. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

10. Law, and how to reach us

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
